Yzone Technology is a newly setup of medium size business. When we thought to enter into the world of internet the very first idea we got is a social network for our launch. Why?

Social networks are increasingly attracting the attention of general people, academic and industry researchers intrigued by their approach and Social network sites such as MySpace, Facebook, Cyworld, and Bebo have attracted millions of users, many of whom have integrated these sites into their daily practices. As of this writing, there are hundreds of SNSs, with various technological affordances, supporting a wide range of interests and practices. While their key technological features are fairly consistent, the cultures that emerge around SNSs are varied. Most sites support the maintenance of pre-existing social networks, but others help strangers connect based on shared interests, political views, or activities. Some sites cater to diverse audiences, while others attract people based on common language or shared racial, sexual, religious, or nationality-based identities. Sites also vary in the extent to which they incorporate new information and communication tools, such as mobile connectivity, blogging, and photo/video-sharing.

Scholars from disparate fields have examined SNSs in order to understand the practices, implications, culture, and meaning of the sites, as well as users’ engagement with them.

This is another social network “BuddyBuz” presented by Yzone Technologies. We have a small medium setup and started our new website in the world of internet.  The very first idea to start a website is to build a social network. Why? Reason is given above.

In this introductory article, we describe features of Budybuz and purpose.

Buddybuz is basically a websites which provides web-based services to individuals to construct “Public” or “Semi Pubic” profiles with a bounded system.  Individuals can select list of users with whom they can share their content and connection and can view others content and connection with in the system.  Users of Buddybuz can also build their relationships with others which is called as friendship. In Buddybuz we also provide group and forum creations for the users which can be easily managed by the the admins of these groups and forums. Buddybuz provided the privacy settings to its users to secure their relationship network.

A Buddy can perform following tasks on our website;

1. Join & Register freely and optionally with their facebook account.

2. Create profile of themselves.

3. Edit Avatar.

4. Change preference of notifications and privacy options.

5. Share basically 4 types of information in activity with others;

i) What is he doing at now? i.e., Status Update.

ii) Share some photos.

iii) Share some videos.

iv) Share some links of useful websites.

6. Can like, Add in favorites, Share with his other social networks like facebook, digg, twitter etc. and reply on above information.

7. Can create a group of his own purpose, invite friends to that group and start discussion with in the groups.

8. Can create forum discussion topics and reply/comments on topics.

9. Can create links of their favorites website with rating options.

10. Can ad photos to his album.

11. You can import your website’s feed in your activity of Buddybuz.
